CUSTOM STAR-SET BAND
Our client's ring before.
Our client came to us with her grandmother's retro diamond and sapphire cocktail ring. Even though the piece was a really unique and beautiful design, it didn't fit or suite her personal, every day style.
Initial sketches.
Knowing she wanted a simple ring to wear daily, several band designs were sketched showing her stones in various patterns, settings, styles and layouts.

The art deco inspired star-set band design won her heart. With an uneven ratio of diamonds to sapphires, we alternated the two different gems - setting an additional sapphire on one side of the band.

We loved creating a design for these simple and sentimental stones set in a classic, every day band - the size, versatility, and simplicity will definitely allow our client to stack her new (old) heirloom with other rings down the road.
