Yes, we ship internationally using your choice of USPS First Class International and DHL. It usually takes around 2 weeks depending on where you are located.
International orders are FINAL SALE. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and tariffs. Please allow a couple extra days for international orders to process.
It depends on where you are. Processed orders will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery and tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
In the event your package does go missing, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

With this in mind, the majority of our pieces are comprised of elements that are right at, and well over, 100 years old - so unfortunate incidents can happen.
Glen & Effie can repair accessories that have incurred damage under reasonable circumstances. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature and antique age of many of our pieces, repairs are assessed and taken on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstance, some repairs may be subject to a fee.

Yes! When you order a gift card through our site, a digital gift card will be emailed to you. You can then forward on to your gift recipient at the desired time. We also offer physical gift cards at our shop.
