INTERNS, FALL 2022 + SPRING 2023
Glen & Effie is seeking two highly motivated and passionate college interns to join, grow, and learn with us this spring and summer. We strongly believe that each member of our team is valuable, no matter your role, and we expect each individual to actively contribute to growth-minded conversations and be willing to work, show initiative, and be adaptive in a fast paced environment--even our interns (plus we have a lot of fun while we’re at it)!
Our internships will give you experience in business management, jewelry design and production, marketing, overall business strategy, as well as merchandising.
Each internship will be honed in, catered, and scheduled to each qualified student’s interests and availability within the two roles outlined below:
- Shadow, assist, and potentially implement digital marketing and media strategies in accordance with the brand goals and objectives.
- Shadow, assist, and potentially facilitate social media management strategies and tasks.
- Shadow, assist, and participate in weekly team meetings regarding sales, customer relations, marketing, production, and design in relation to client interaction and engagement online and in person.
- Shadow and assist with brand photoshoots that correspond with marketing campaigns and overall brand awareness.
- Knowledge of Adobe creative suite is preferred, but not required for this internship.
- Shadow, assist, and potentially help with the assembly of jewelry and jewelry packaging.
- Shadow and assist with inventory management, organization, studio needs, as well as styling and merchandising in our retail space.
- Shadow, assist, and participate in weekly team meetings regarding sales, customer relations, marketing, production, and design in relation to client interaction and engagement online and in person.
- Shadow and assist with brand photoshoots that correspond with marketing campaigns and overall brand awareness.
