Junior Graphic Designer & Content Creator
Glen & Effie | Nashville, TN
Part-Time / Full-Time Role
Glen & Effie is looking for a creative, organized designer who wants more than just another desk job. This role is perfect for someone who loves graphic design but also enjoys working with their hands and seeing ideas become real products. You'll create custom jewelry proofs for clients, assist our jewelers during production, help manage our website and digital content, photograph finished pieces, and contribute to the creative direction of our brand.
If you enjoy making things—not just designing them—this could be a great fit.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Design custom client proofs and mockups for jewelry projects
- Create graphics and marketing materials for print and digital use
- Update and maintain our website with new products and content
- Assist with photography of jewelry and behind-the-scenes studio content
- Help create and schedule social media content
- Organize design files, product assets, and creative projects
- Work alongside our jewelers during production, assisting with hands-on studio tasks
- Help package and present finished projects when needed
- Collaborate on new product launches and creative ideas
As you grow in the role, you'll have opportunities to take on larger design projects and play a bigger part in shaping our brand.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

- Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign preferred)
- Has strong graphic design skills and a good design eye
- Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Loves typography, branding, layout, and visual storytelling
- Has an interest in photography or content creation
- Enjoys making physical things and isn't afraid to get hands-on
- Is curious, eager to learn, and enjoys solving creative problems
- Can manage multiple projects while staying organized
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a small team
BONUS POINTS

- Experience with Shopify or website management
- Product photography experience
- Video editing or motion graphics
- Interest in jewelry, fashion, industrial design, or other maker-focused creative fields

Bench Jeweler Apprentice
Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to learn the art of fine jewelry making.
This is an entry-level apprenticeship where you'll work directly alongside experienced bench jewelers, learning the processes that go into creating, repairing, and finishing custom jewelry. No professional jewelry experience is required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail. However, dexterity with tools and materials with an enthusiasm to learn, is a must.

What You'll Do

- Assist bench jewelers with daily production tasks
- Learn jewelry fabrication, assembly, finishing, polishing, and repair techniques
- Prepare pieces for stone setting and final finishing
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient workbench
- Assist with quality control and inspection of finished pieces
- Help receive, organize, and track jewelry through production
- Learn proper care and handling of precious metals, gemstones, and specialized tools
- Support the team with various studio projects as needed
As your skills develop, you'll take on more responsibility and work toward independently completing bench work.

SOCIAL MEDIA + CREATIVE CONTENT INTERN — FALL 2026
Glen & Effie | Nashville, TN
Glen & Effie is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated intern to join our team to assist in development and organization of all things creative. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, design-driven environment and is eager to learn how a luxury brand builds and shares its story.
We are actively looking to hire from this internship for either a part-time or full-time role.
We believe every team member—interns included—plays an important part in our growth. We expect you to show up on time, take initiative, think creatively, and work hard. (We promise—it’s a lot of fun, too.)
You’ll Gain Hands-On Experience In:

Assisting in the editing, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across platforms.

Brainstorming and pitching fresh content ideas that align with our brand voice and upcoming launches.

Helping coordinate and execute content for photoshoots, launch events, and campaigns.

Supporting in media outreach, influencer collaborations, and creative partnerships.

Participating in weekly team meetings covering marketing, design, production, and client engagement.
