This client brought us her 20th anniversary ring for a fresh take on a design that felt more like a ring she could incorporate with her other yellow gold jewelry.
Initial renderings of the ring design to move forward with.
Looking to recovered Greek and Roman ring designs found in museums, we decided to set the center diamond in a raised open bezel setting.

With a satin finish mirroring pieces from the 2nd-3rd century, we oriented her oval diamond horizontally in 14k yellow gold for a more modern design on a previously traditional vertical setting.
We were able to credit the gold in our client's old ring setting towards her final commission total, and she was left with the two remaining diamonds to create and use in future designs.
