“WO” Love Token Charm

Love Token charms reached their height in popularity during the late 1800s through the early 1900s in Europe and the States. Taking a dime piece or any kind of coin currency, one or both sides would be filed down to a smooth surface for an engraver to to hand-engrave a name, initials, date to remember, or special image to represent a moment in time. Couples or individuals would often have these made at big events or fairs. These little charms would often be collected in one charm bracelet, worn on a watch fob chain, or simply worn as a single pendant.

This love token is engraved with the initials “WO" on a British coin.

In addition to restoring each love token, we are including a modern sterling silver bail for the token to easily hang from your own simple chain. We also have the option to hang the token from a solid sterling silver or 14k gold swivel clasp--if you would like to swap out the simple bail for one of these, please leave us a note at checkout and we will email an invoice to pay separately for the change. Below is the additional cost for the swivel clasps:

Sterling Silver: $37
14k Gold: $98

*All love tokens are priced based on rarity of name, script and design
