This restored Victorian wedding bracelet features a swan and tassel design. With a date on the side of this bracelet going back to 1884, the center design features white, rose, and yellow gold details.
This gold filled bracelet comes from a tradition centuries ago in which a groom would present his future bride with a set of bracelets: one to be worn at the beginning of their engagement and the second to be put on the day of her wedding. Women would often pass these down from daughter to daughter.
This engagement bracelets features a small lever that opens to allow the bracelet to change in size. This bracelet can fit a small or large wrist up to 8".
The bracelet is dated February 26th, 1884.
