This Victorian sterling silver toothpick charm from the late 1800s features hand-embossed details that twists to reveal a hidden metal toothpick inside. This piece would have originally hung from a man's pocket watch chain. This piece was originally made and sourced in England.
This charm measures 2" in height and a simple bail has been attached.
