This one-of-a-kind necklace is composed of:

Victorian, pocket watch chain and 9k gold magnifying locket from the late 1800s. The locket features double sided magnifying glass panes that are set in a hinged frame. Every element of this necklace was originally made and sourced in England.
This necklace measures a standard 20” on an antique 9k gold and sterling silver chain with the locket measuring .75" in diameter. Every element of this necklace is true to the era.
