Victorian Hunting Trumpet
The History:
- This Victorian pocket watch fob from the late 1800s features a gold filled hunting trumpet with hand-engraved details that holds a bloodstone in the bottom. A charm that represented and is exemplary of two Victorian obsessions - sporting life and the wax seal.
This piece was originally made and sourced in England, measuring 0.75" wide and 0.5" from the bottom of the charm to the top of the bail. Please note this piece shows light wear consistent with age.
This pendant is photographed on a vintage solid gold chain but pairs well with other Classic Necklaces in our signature collection or with a chain of your own on one of our Swivel Clasps.
