Scarlett Bohemian Garnet Lover's Pendant
The History:
- This Victorian heart pendant features old rose cut Bohemian garnets clustered in a exemplary antique setting common of the era. Bohemian garnets, mined in what is now the Czech Republic, were the defining gemstone of Victorian sentimental jewelry. The heart is accompanied by a gold jump ring that features a single square garnet at the surmount.
This piece was originally made and sourced in England and measures 1.25" from the top of the bail to the bottom of the pendant. This piece shows wear consistent with age.
