Georgian Old Cut Citrine Pendant
The History:
- This old mine cut citrine gem dates back to the Georgian period of the 1700s. Originally the center piece of a brooch, the old cut gem in its 14k yellow gold scalloped setting has been converted to hang as a pendant with a modern solid 9k gold swivel clasp.
This piece was originally made and sourced in England and measures 0.75" wide and 1.25" from the bottom of the charm to the top of the swivel clasp. Please note this piece shows light wear consistent with age.
This pendant is photographed with a vintage solid gold necklace with a center bold clasp but pairs nicely with any necklace in our Classics Collection
or with a chain of your own on one of our Swivel Clasps.
