This one-of-a-kind necklace is composed of:

Victorian, gold filled pocket watch clasps, chain and heart locket from the late 1800s. This large heart lock features a hand-engraved letter "J" with original internal frames that have the option to hold images of your own.
This necklace measures a standard 18” on an antique 14k gold filled chain. The locket measures 2" high and 1.75" wide.
