The Story:

Victorian, watch fob charm from the late 1800s featuring an ornately engraved setting that holds a hand-etched intaglio seal in solid 10k gold. The intaglio seal depicts a imagery of an enlightened eye and reads "Qu'il veille sur vous," meaning "May he watch over you" in French.

Originally made in France and sourced in England, the intaglio measures 1" in height and 0.75" at its widest point.
