Alban Victorian Engagement Bracelet
The History Lesson:
This restored, gold filled Victorian engagement bracelet from the late 1800s features Etruscan details. This gold filled bracelet comes from a tradition centuries ago in which a groom would present his future bride with a set of bracelets: one to be worn at the beginning of their engagement and the second to be put on the day of her wedding. Women would often pass these down from daughter to daughter.
This gold filled bracelet is hinged from the side, opens with a pinch clasp, has a safety chain, and measures 2.25” across in closed inner diameter and 6.25” in inner circumference.
