Georgian Enameled Bully Dog Pendant

The History:

• This hand-enameled Georgian dog was likely once a fob pendant complete with a seal on the backside. This 18k gold enameled charm was created in delicate layers--likely modeled after the exact color and specifications of a very beloved pet (features we believe to be indicative of a bull dog or dog in the bully breed family). The hand fabricated collar is also fashioned in solid 18k gold complete with an intricate buckle and studs. Even though the end seal of this piece has been lost to time, this antique work of art is still a treasure left to be worn as a pendant.

This piece was originally made and sourced in England and measures 1" in height from the top of the bail to the bottom of the piece, and 1" at its widest point. Please note the pendant shows light wear consistent with age.
