Dating to the early 20th century Edwardian era, this ring is composed of:
- A striking oval cabochon Ceylon sapphire set in platinum and surrounded by old mine cut diamonds in milgrain bezels, mounted on an 18K gold band.

- Primary Stone: Ceylon Cabochon Sapphire
- Secondary Stones: 16 Diamonds
- This piece was reshanked in the 1980s, with hallmarks on the band indicating that it was assayed in London and hallmarked in 1987.
