Edwardian Enameled Hidden Pencil
The History:
- This blue enameled hidden pencil pendant was created using the french guilloche creation process--where the translucent enameling still reveals the intricate grooved patterns below the surface. The barrel pulls from the base and reveals an hidden mechanical pencil when pushed up.
This piece was originally made and sourced in England and measures 0.25 wide and 2.25" long from the bottom of the pendant to the top of the bail. Please note this piece shows light wear to the enamel that is consistent with age.
This pendant is photographed with our Large Gold Filled Charm Chain and Signature Serpent Hook, but pairs well with any necklace in our Classics Collection or with a chain of your own on one of our Swivel Clasps.
