Our of our client's two original rings after the stones had been unset.
Our client came to us with two rings that had once belonged to her mother—both distinctly '90s in style, with asymmetrical, fan-like designs. They didn’t fit her finger, and more importantly, they didn’t fit her style.
The CAD rendering of the final designs.
The stones were small—marquise-cut rubies and sapphires, accented with a few tiny round diamonds. She loved the idea of transforming them into something more versatile: bands she could stack together, wear on their own, or pair with other pieces from her jewelry box.
We 3d printed wax models for our client for her to see and try on in person before starting the creation process.
The final, finished rings.
We cast each band in yellow gold, setting the stones in an eternity-style layout. A fresh, wearable take on her mother’s rings—something she can wear every day, remember her by, and one day pass down herself.
