Reimagined Solitaire Engagement Ring

The original heirloom diamond ring.

Our client came to us with a cherished family ring from his girlfriend’s side—one she deeply loved, but had always hoped to make her own.

The CAD design of the new, final design.

Her one request? To update the setting with both white and yellow gold, reflecting the mixed metals she wears every day. We modified the cathedral setting by lowering the profile, while still allowing light to enter from the sides and beneath the diamond.

The final, finished ring.
Along with a few other subtle changes, the result wasn’t a dramatic transformation—but a thoughtful refresh that felt modern, personal, and entirely her.
