STUDIO MANAGER— NASHVILLE, TN
Part-Time (potential full time if skills meet requirements/ needs of Media + Content Creator Position) | Nashville, TN | In-Studio Position
Glen & Effie is seeking a dynamic, detail-obsessed, and people-loving Studio Manager to keep our fine jewelry studio running like clockwork. This role is the hub of our operations—managing communications, organizing client projects, keeping our showroom immaculate, and anticipating the needs of our designer, jeweler, and team before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for client and vendor communications—maintaining a polished, timely, and brand-consistent tone in all correspondence

Manage project tracking systems (Trello, Shopify), keeping all client and repair jobs updated daily

Oversee showroom presentation, product packaging, order fulfillment, and shipping deadlines

Keep the studio stocked and running smoothly—ordering supplies, coordinating repairs, and preparing for meetings and client appointments

Support the designer and production team by anticipating upcoming needs, deadlines, and scheduling requirements

Maintain and update the website with sold items, product listings, and media from photoshoots
What We’re Looking For

Experience in studio, office, or retail management (luxury or client-facing experience preferred)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with an ability to track and manage multiple projects at once

Comfortable with technology (Shopify, Trello, Google Suite, email management)

Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when handling client heirlooms and high-value items

MEDIA + CONTENT CREATOR — NASHVILLE, TN
Part-Time (potential full time if skills meet requirements/ needs of Studio Manager position) | In-Studio Position
Glen & Effie is seeking a detail-oriented, highly creative Media + Content Creator to join our close-knit team. This role blends artistry and organization—styling, photographing, and editing our jewelry and gemstones while also helping generate and execute compelling social media content.
You’ll capture product launches, heirloom redesigns, custom commissions, and collection drops—translating them into beautiful, balanced visuals that tell the Glen & Effie story. This role requires someone with a strong eye for design, a knack for styling, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign preferred), and a proactive mindset that keeps projects moving on time.
We’re a small team where everyone pitches in and every role matters. The right fit will share our love for history, fashion, storytelling, and connection—and be as comfortable behind a camera as they are brainstorming fresh content ideas.
What You’ll Do:

Style, photograph, and edit product and campaign imagery for the website, social media, and marketing materials.

Capture and edit short-form video content for reels, stories, and digital campaigns.

Manage a steady content workflow for launches, client commissions, and seasonal campaigns.

Assist with social media planning, posting, and audience engagement.

Organize and archive digital assets for easy access and future use.

Collaborate with the designer and team to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.

SEASONAL SALES ASSOCIATE — NASHVILLE, TN
Part-Time (potential to grow into dedicated sales position) | In-Studio Position
Glen & Effie is seeking warm, detail-oriented, and story-driven Sales Associates to join our close-knit team as we continue to grow and connect with our clients—both in-showroom and beyond.
We’re a small but mighty team, united by a love for preserving history, telling our clients’ stories through jewelry, and creating meaningful connections. We all pitch in wherever needed, and we’re looking for individuals who share our belief that every interaction is an opportunity to create something memorable.
This is a client-facing role with room for growth—one position may evolve into a dedicated Client Services role.

SOCIAL MEDIA + CREATIVE CONTENT INTERN — FALL 2025
Glen & Effie | Nashville, TN
Glen & Effie is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated intern to join our team as we launch our highly anticipated fine jewelry collection—featuring rare antique gems, sculptural Roman-inspired designs, and editorial-style campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and design-driven environment, and who is eager to learn how a luxury brand builds and shares its story.
We believe every team member—interns included—plays an important role in our growth. We expect you to show up on time, take initiative, think creatively, and be willing to work hard (we promise it’s a lot of fun, too).
You’ll Gain Hands-On Experience In:

Assisting in the editing, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across platforms.

Brainstorming and pitching fresh content ideas that align with our brand voice and upcoming launches.

Helping coordinate and execute content for photoshoots, launch events, and campaigns.
