WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

Your order will always ship out via USPS 2-4 days after making a purchase online. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. Shipping usually takes about 3-5 more days for delivery. 

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, if we have an opening in our commission calendar. This is our favorite part of what we do--owner and designer, Brooke Griffith, will personally handle, design, assemble and be in contact with you throughout the entire process. For more information check out our Commission page.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally using USPS First Class International. It usually takes around 2 weeks depending on where you are located.

DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR JEWELRY REPAIR OR RESTORATION?

Yes, but only on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out via our Contact page to learn more. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
